12-week session

Samuel Hébert

Samuel is a kinesiologist, specialized in running biomechanics and a member of the Canadian Spartan Race team.

He is passionate about human movement, as much theoretically as in practice. According to him, every obstacle is a challenge to overcome.

Energetic and an enthusiastic, his goal is to make you move well, move better and move wisely!

Frequently asked questions

You may attend only one practice session if it is not full. However, the best way to ensure that you have a place is to subscribe to one of our packages.

We have a running group on Monday nights at the Ignace-Bourget running track in Verdun. However, the group is full for the Spring/Summer session. You may register for the summer/fall session (from the 30th of July until the 15th of October).

You may try our running camp on the first week of each session. If you like it, you can then register for the whole session.

As of this moment, we accept Interac e-transfers and cheques. In order to reserve you place, you must fill in the registration form. You can pay by e-transfer or at your next session.
